Who is responsible
Vladislav Klementyev operates this DayOffHub service. Each customer organization is responsible for how it uses employee and leave-planning data in its workspace.
Information we process
Account data includes your name, email address, password hash, organization, department, job titles, and access role.
Service data includes leave dates, leave types, request status, comments, notifications, and audit information about relevant changes. Technical data can include session identifiers and standard security or server logs.
Why we use it
We use this information to authenticate users, operate shared calendars, route leave requests, notify the right people, protect accounts, and maintain an accountable history of changes.
Who can access it
Members of your organization can see information needed for the shared leave calendar. Managers and owners receive additional access required to review requests and administer the workspace. Access is controlled by role and organization membership.
Retention and account administration
Organization owners manage active, hidden, and archived users. Archiving blocks account access while preserving leave history and audit data needed for continuity and accountability. Retention requirements should be reviewed by each organization.
Your choices and rights
You can ask your organization owner to correct account details or explain how your workspace uses employee data. Depending on the applicable law, you may also have rights to access, correction, restriction, objection, portability, or deletion.
